Evans Auditorium

Evans Auditorium is located in the Evans Liberal Arts Building (ELA) found in the center of the San Marcos main campus. Evans is the largest performance hall on campus with a seating capacity of 844. The University’s wind bands, choirs, opera, orchestra, and University Arts events utilize Evans as a performance site. Evans also houses large-scale events such as the Hill Country Jazz Festival and Noche de Mariachi. Evans contains two Steinway concert grand pianos that can be used for solo and duet piano recitals.

Evans Auditorium is under the purview of Operations Manager Chuck Harris.
